A fresh new wind is blowing on the Belgian subsidiary’s site
To increase awareness among the general public about the services Europ Assistance offers, so as to boost online sales and reinforce customer relations.
We accompanied Europ Assistance in its digital development and ergonomic reflection in order to optimise the online offer. To make the navigation easy for visitors, we completely re-visited the site’s structure and developed a new interface. From the outset, each visitor is now invited to answer a series of questions that will enable them to get direct access to an offer that is targeted to their needs. So the information is better structured and therefore easier to reach.
